Academic Advisor Intern
My internship opportunity with the College of Human Sciences Academic Affairs Office not only provided me with extensive hands-on experience, but allowed me to network with other individuals at Auburn University, outreach with the community, and reassure my true love and passion for the career of Academic Advising.
​
Interning in the Academic Affairs Office revealed to me the true importance of extending the awareness of student resources and programs to provide as much support to students throughout their academic journey.
Throughout my internship, I had several roles that provided me the opportunity to display my strengths, knowledge and strong attentive learning, public speaking, presentation and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
These roles include:
