Earning honor awards, becoming a member of Honor Societies and being a scholarship recipient allowed me to learn the importance of striving to achieve my goals and always working hard for what I want to receive. Awards and scholarships are not only something to be proud about, but it showcases hard work and dedication. Excelling in my academics, as well as earning awards such as below, demonstrates my enhanced knowledge, and campus involvement that makes me a great candidate for an Advising position.
Founded in 1918, with over two million members, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is not only dedicated to recognize students academic success but to give them the opportunity to grow professionally. PTK is for community college students who obtain atleast a 3.5 GPA and high academic success.
